Steps to solve UI Failed to load” error in AVG on Windows 10 and XP

Step 1: Firstly restart your system and start your windows with the administrative rights.

Step 2: If you are Window 10 user then you have to press WINDOW Key +R key simultaneously so that you enter the “window services console”.

Step 3: After entering the “window services console” you have to type the command “services.msc”     in the search bar and then click on “ok”.

Step 4: After entering the “services console” choose “remote desktop services” from the drop-down menu and then right-click on it and then select “properties” from the list.

Step 5: After that go to the “general tab” and then select “automatic” which is next to the drop-down “startup type”   and then click on “apply” to confirm your changes.

Step 6: And if the services stop, click on “start” and then restart your computer and access the program again.

Step 7:  If you are a Window XP user then go to the “start” button and then select “run” and type the same command “services.MSC” and click on “ok”.

Step 8: In the “services console” you have to find “terminal server” and right-click on it and then choose “properties”.
